Analysis of the current production reporting process at individual production stations.
Design and implementation of a new workflow for the collection, transfer, and processing of production data.
Reduction of manual data transcription from paper documentation into SAP and elimination of data entry errors.
Optimization of the reporting process to enhance speed, accuracy, and reliability.
Establishment of an efficient information flow between the shop floor and SAP.
Improvement of production traceability across the various stages of the manufacturing process.
Identification of bottlenecks, redundant steps, and other opportunities for continuous improvement.
Standardization of processes across production stations and the creation of a clear, functional operational system.
Collaboration with production, Industrial Engineering, the IT/SAP team, Quality, and other departments.
Support for the rollout of the new solution on the shop floor, including testing and subsequent process stabilization.
Monitoring the results of implemented changes and driving further continuous process improvement.
