Strictly follow safety, fire protection and environmental rules
Responsible for complete technology of painting plastic parts-process stability, surface quality and achievement of visual and functional parameters
Analysis and optimization of paining processes and identification of defect root causes and implementing of corrective and improvement actions
Technical support for introducing new products, materials and technologies
Cooperation and communication with suppliers of coating materials, equipment and technologies
Definition of process parameters
Expert support and training of internal employees in painting/coating technologies
Close cooperation with Quality, Production and Development department
Active participation in innovation projects, efficiency improvement and scrap reduction
Detailed knowledge of painting plastic parts- surface preparation, paint types, curing, mixing systems, surface quality measurement
Able to work with technical documentation
Practical knowledge of defect analysis (orange peel, dust inclusions, pin holes, etc.)
Reports to Painting line manager
