  • Regular performance evaluation, conducting evaluation interviews and providing feedback
  • Systematic development of business skills, negotiations, presentations and strategic thinking of team members
  • Support for KAMs in approaching strategic clients
  • Market development and identification of new business opportunities
  • Building a culture of responsibility, professionalism and result orientation
  • Cooperation with the Sales Director on creating a business strategy in the area of ​​key customers
  • Overview of the business strategy into specific goals for the KAM team
  • Regular evaluation of the performance of the team and individual KAMs
  • Setting and monitoring business processes and work in CRM
  • Responsibility for data quality in the CRM system
  • Optimization of processes and increasing the efficiency of KAM work
