Define and execute IT strategy to support business and corporate goals
Lead and develop the IT team
Drive digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives
Oversee internal systems and SW requirements for improvements
Ensure the reliability, and security of IT infrastructure, networks, and applications
Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, GDPR, QA standards (IATF 16949, TISAX)
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems
Provide IT support to all business functions, incl. production, logistics, eng., administration
Manage external vendors, service providers, and corporate IT teams
Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery
Reporting on IT performance, risks, and opportunities to management
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices
Familiarity with ERP systems, Industry 4.0, digitalization initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
